What you get (330 - 430 lbs. of product total): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:
- 50 roasts & cuts (an assortment of Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Cross-Cut Rib, Brisket, Tri-Tip, etc.)
- 120 steaks (an assortment of Top Sirloin, New York Strip, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, Cube, etc.)
- 150-200 lbs. of Ground Beef
Our beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for at least 1 year. A whole beef share will fit in a 12 cubic ft. freezer and feed a family of 4, four meals per week for about one year.
