A Whole beef, $8.10/lb. hanging weight. Approximately 700 to 750 lbs. hanging. 

With the purchase of a whole beef you are given the option to fill out a cut sheet to choose your cuts.

Balance is calculated when beef is SHIPPED, not when beef is ordered

Shipping is Free!!!  We can discount your order if you want to pick up your beef.

 With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:

• 50 roasts & cuts (an assortment of Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Cross-Cut Rib, Brisket, Tri-Tip, Cube, Stew Meat, etc.)
• 120 steaks (an assortment of Top Sirloin, New York Strip, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, etc.)
• 150-160 lbs. of Ground Beef

Our beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for at least 1 year. A whole beef share will fit in a 12 cubic ft. freezer and feed a family of 4, four meals per week for about one year.
