About Us

Our years of experience and involvement in the ranching industry led us to launch Field to Fork in 2023, which provides fresh meat direct to consumers. Our decision to sell directly to consumers is based on a few of our beliefs. First, we believe our meat is the best you can find anywhere!  Second, as busy families, and generational ranchers, one of our core values is family connectedness.  In a world where things are fast paced, family time, which includes sharing healthy, quality meals together, has been replaced with eating food that is fast and inexpensive, and quite honestly, not good for us! Third, we believe in being connected to our nation through our roots. As stewards of the land we believe that everything is connected, and work hard to ensure that our fields and pastures sustain the food we need for the citizens of our country. We believe in doing our part to ensure that our country has the ability as a nation to produce enough beef to feed ourselves without being reliant on low quality beef imported from foreign countries!  That’s right!  The majority of the beef you find in stores today is being imported from foreign countries and repackaged as a product of the USA.  At Field to Fork, you will know where and how your food is raised and be able to trust the quality and care given to the animals that provide it.  This will give you peace of mind that you are providing the most healthy and nutritious source of protein available to your family while also ensuring that your dollar goes to American ranchers who play a vital role in our nation’s food supply.  We believe that the more we are connected to our food source, the more it brings us together- as families, communities and a nation.  For that reason not only do we provide the best tasting, humanely raised, regenerative source of meat you can find anywhere, but we also believe our way of life will inspire you to slow down and put our nation, communities and our families first for the betterment of each other.  From the high mountain meadows and river pastures that our beef are raised on, you can feel good every time you sit down to feed your family with our Idaho ranch raised beef.
