With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:
- 12 roasts & cuts (an assortment of Round Roast, chuck roast, Ribs, Brisket, Tri-Tip, Cube, Stew Meat, etc.)
- 30 steaks (an assortment of Top Sirloin, New York Strip, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, etc.)
- 35-40 lbs. of Ground Beef
Our beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for over 1 year. A quarter share will fit in a 3 cubic ft. freezer and feed a family of 2, two meals per week for about one year. It will feed a family of 4, two meals per week for about 6 months.
