What you get (50 - 60 lbs. of product total): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:
- 6-7 roasts & cuts (an assortment of Round Roast, chuck roast, Cross-Cut Shank, Tri-Tip, etc.)
- 15 steaks (an assortment of Top Sirloin, New York Strip, Rib-Eye, T-bone, Filet-Mignon, etc.)
- 15 - 25 lbs. of Ground Beef
Our beef is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for over 1 year. An 1/8th share will fit in a 1.5 cubic ft. freezer and feed 1 person, two meals per week for about one year. It will feed a family of 2, two meals per week for about 6 months.
